Having shared a great deal about the health issues I have overcome and the ways in which I can help you, I want to focus on Men's Health. A fortnight ago I took my car to the garage and met Charlie, a wonderful 63-year-old man and the owner of the garage. Charlie and I have been friends for some time. During our conversation, he shared that he was no longer interested in sex, was retiring to the country, and would never live with a woman again. I was shocked! This was something I couldn't get out of my mind, so I had a discussion about it with my community online. This warranted further investigation, so I returned last week and asked him to elaborate; it transpired that he was suffering in the same way that we, women do. I was concerned he had an issue with alcohol. As well as low moods, low energy, lack of sleep, aches and pains and irritability. What did he need? A magnet and CBD in his life! These would help with all of the issues and result in:
Mood improvement
Increased energy
Improved sleep
Relief from aches and pains
Reduction of irritability
I also suggested introducing water sticks to magnetise water to replace the alcohol. As he would have to make an effort to make it, which would help to keep Charlie hydrated. It was an eye-opener for me that men can experience the same symptoms as women, we all need to help each other, talking and sharing is a great place to start.
If you know anyone who can do with some help, think of a power heart or magnetic bracelet as the perfect gift. Particularly for Father's Day or birthdays, or just for the men in your life.
